As a member of the International Association of Facilitators, she leads the Earth-Centered Economy Coalition (KEM), carrying the spirit of “Powered by Love” to foster lasting and meaningful transformation through BLESS.

Leitizia is a governance and program management specialist with over 15 years of experience in multilateral and bilateral institutions, including the British Council, World Bank, and Australian Aid. She focuses on driving collaborative, well-governed, and impactful solutions to complex challenges like climate change. Her expertise spans policy advisory, advocacy, and strategic program design—particularly in governance, public financial management (PFM), decentralization, climate finance, and trust fund management. Before joining BLESS Foundation, she led the Budget System team at Prospera, supporting Indonesia’s public finance reforms to enhance spending quality through strong governance.

Andre is a seasoned creative and strategic communicator with over 15 years of cross-sector experience, spanning journalism, video production, and environmental campaigns. As a co-founder of Hutan Itu Indonesia, he has been instrumental in shaping public narratives around forest protection through collaborative storytelling and impactful events. Andre’s career began in media, where he worked as a journalist and media producer before transitioning into the development sector. His work blends narrative craft with systemic thinking, shaping programs that center on lived experiences, emotional resonance, and grassroots engagement.

For the past five years, he has led impactful campaigns by blending strategic messaging with behavioral insights. In 2025, Bagas became Program Manager at BLESS, focusing on nurturing individual system leaders and co-designing the organization’s leadership programs.
